Processing & Shipping Times

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-8 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
• Shipping Time:
  • U.S. Orders: 5-10 business days after processing.
  • Note: Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
• Available shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for domestic and international shipping.
• Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders with promo code or otherwise promoted by Art by S. Leigh.

Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customs & International Shipping

• International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or other import fees.
• Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of art prints and apparel, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• If you receive a damaged item, contact us at info@artbysleigh.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
